In foods chia seeds can be soaked in water and create a gel to have in cakes and cookies to eliminate the use of butter as well as be incorporated into shakes and smoothies.
There is not a recipe like a cookie or cake in particular that I have but if you are looking for a great egg substitute 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to 3 cups of water (Chia seeds need to be put into a grinder before being mixed with the water) per egg.
